Browser: Firefox 63.0.1 (64 bit)
Steps to reproduce
1. On a screen with scaling set to 100%:
Take a screen grab of anything. Annotate the screengrab with a text box or shape with text, using a font with the default size of 12 point. Save the image.

2. On a screen with scaling set to > 100%:
Open the previously saved screen grab from (1) in Fireshot. The text in boxes is now disproportionately large compared to how it was originally saved. On my 200% scaling display, I had to change the font size to 8 points to make it equivalent to how it was originally saved.

(Additionally, the Fireshot UI icons on high DPI displays are tiny but you probably already know this)
