*Steps to reproduce the bug: open IE, go to website, set image dimensions (3000x3000 for example), open FireShot, select Capture Entire Page and Save

I have two problems when attempting to capture screenshots of an entire page using FireShot. I purchased the Pro version of FireShot today, so that I could capture entire web pages as images.
Problem 1)
When I create a screenshot of an entire page at the URL mentioned above, the resulting image has gray bars horizontally across the picture, and also has the right hand vertical scrolling bar visible. How can I get rid of these gray bars?
Problem 2)
When I create a screenshot of an entire page at the URL mentioned above, the resulting image is vertically cropped; the screen shot doesn't capture the right side of the visible screen. How can I capture a full screenshot of the webpage?
