owhlo: Hello, I tried to use fireshot to combine multiple pdf pages but it doesn't seem to work. I open the pdf file with multiple pages in chrome/firefox and used fireshot to capture entire screen. It only comes back with the visible area, even though I chose the option capture entire page.
I also tried to enter my pro license in firefix, but it came up with a javascript error, after reinstalling, the option to enter the code was gone.
I requested for a refund a couple days ago through email since the pro installer is windows only, and I'm using a mac. How long do refunds usually take?
