Plecenik: Fireshot runs but doesn't provide a 'save to' dialog

Plecenik: Fireshot Pro 1.11.10 (64bit) MS Windows 10 Pro Firefox 104.0.1 (64-bit) When I hold down the shift key I get the "Export to PDF" dialog to format the pdf file, but nothing about where to save the file. Only "Capture entire page and edit..." allows me to save the file with the name I want and in what folder I want.
