I capture selection from the heading
'Beginner's guide to building a PiHole'
down to'Now, when the button is pressed, the pihole will be disabled for a bit! easy!'
Now I select the rectangle select tool, and halfway down the page I outline item #5. The outline looks fine. But when I select Glow, and a color, the border now goes all the way down the page.
Oddly, it does not do this if I select a paragraph further up the same page.
