mmserp: I wish. This problem has continued through many FireShot updates.
Only workaround I've found works in limited situations where the page has an image that can't save from a right click popup dialog. Save the web page complete with all HTML (file plus related folder). Then retrieve the image from the saved page folder. Obviously doesn't work for pages needing editing or cropping.
